If you are unhappy with the goods received from our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer’s expense in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. ( This applies to online purchases only. Items bought in-store may be exchanged only and not refunded). We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique receives the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.. In the case of goods returned for refund, payments will be refunded within thirty days of our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique receiving the goods.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail from our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique, and may require a signature on delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all goods that are in stock at our London Pet Shop / Dog Boutique within two working days of receipt of your order. If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control we may by notice in writing to you cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. We may deliver separately the goods which make up your order.
If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortage, damage or fault as soon as is reasonably possible.
